Quality engineering throughout delivery

QA & Testing

Quality engineering embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle — not bolted on at the end. We build test strategies that give your team the confidence to ship fast without regressions, security gaps, or accessibility failures.

What we do

Quality engineering that ships with confidence.

We build test strategies, automation suites, and reporting pipelines that become a permanent part of your delivery process.

01
Test Strategy & Planning
Scope definition, coverage targets, risk-based prioritisation, tooling selection, and entry/exit criteria. A documented strategy agreed before a single test is written.
02
Automated Regression Suites
End-to-end tests (Playwright, Cypress), integration tests, and unit test coverage. Suites run in CI on every PR so regressions are caught before they reach staging.
03
Performance & Load Testing
Throughput benchmarks, latency profiling, peak load simulation, and scalability limit identification using k6 or JMeter. Know your system's limits before production does.
04
Security Testing
OWASP Top 10 coverage, penetration testing, dependency vulnerability scanning, authentication and authorisation bypass testing, and a remediation-prioritised findings report.
05
Accessibility Audits
WCAG 2.1 AA compliance testing with automated tooling (Axe, Lighthouse) and manual screen reader validation. Severity-ranked report with developer-ready remediation guidance.
06
Mobile & Device Testing
Real device farm testing across iOS and Android device matrix, OS version combinations, and network conditions. Not just simulators — real hardware, real failures found.
Technology

The right testing tools for your stack.

We select tools based on your technology stack and pipeline — not our preferences. We can also take over an existing test suite and improve it.

Our process

Quality built in, not bolted on.

We integrate testing into your delivery process from the first sprint — not as a last-minute gate before launch. Testing done right reduces rework and speeds up delivery over time.

1
Test Strategy & Scope Definition Week 1
Review requirements, identify risk areas, define coverage targets, select tooling, and produce a documented test plan. Agreed by engineering, product, and stakeholders before work begins.
2
Test Environment & Pipeline Setup
Configure testing environments, CI integration, device farm access, and reporting dashboards. Tests run automatically on every PR from day one.
3
Iterative Test Development
Tests are written alongside features — not after. Each sprint adds to the regression suite. Exploratory testing sessions run on completed features each sprint.
4
Pre-Launch Test Execution
Full regression run, performance/load tests, security scan, accessibility audit, and device matrix testing. All defects severity-ranked with reproduction steps and owner assigned.
5
Handover & Ongoing Coverage
Test suite documentation, CI configuration guide, and a walkthrough with your engineering team. The suite continues running in your pipeline long after our engagement ends.
FAQ

Common questions

Yes. We start with a test suite audit — assessing coverage gaps, flakiness, maintenance cost, and CI integration quality. We'll give you an honest picture of what's working, what isn't, and a prioritised improvement plan.

A QA audit is a point-in-time assessment — test suite review, a security scan, or an accessibility report. An ongoing engagement embeds our QA engineers in your delivery team, writing tests alongside features and owning the quality gate continuously. Both are available.

Yes — targeted penetration testing covering OWASP Top 10, auth bypass, injection attacks, and privilege escalation. We provide a written findings report with CVSS severity scores, proof-of-concept steps, and a prioritised remediation plan.

Yes. We use real device farms (BrowserStack, AWS Device Farm) and define a device coverage matrix based on your user analytics — not an arbitrary list. We test on real hardware across OS versions, screen sizes, and network conditions.

We track defect escape rate (bugs found in production vs found in testing), regression coverage percentage, mean time to detect, and release frequency before and after the engagement. Good QA pays for itself in reduced rework and faster release cycles within a few sprints.
